John DeLeon – Principal and Lead Project Manager 
Our team is led by John DeLeon, Principal and Lead Project Manager of Cornerstone. John has an extensive background with over 20+ years of experience in the office furniture industry. John started out in the industry as an installer with a Maryland based service company, Systems Connection. John has extensive experience in the office furniture services arena as well as the dealer side of office furniture from working many years with a local Steelcase dealer. Johns experience consists of Project Management, Installation Management, Operations Management, VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and President. John’s strengths are clearly in the operations and execution side of the business where he enjoysworking closely with the customer, managing the details of a project and implementing a plan that is focused on 100% flawless execution

Caleb DeLeon – Lead Installer

Caleb has worked with his dad for many years and understands the importance of top performance, great customer service and attention to detail. Caleb is experienced in multiple lines of furniture systems, wood case goods and filing.

Kimberly “Kim” DeLeon – Office Administration

Kim’s primary responsibilities include daily receiving of FedEx and UPS, daily scanning of all paperwork to our clients, POC for all truck deliveries and ongoing office filing.

Vincent “Vinny” Sanchez – Service, Installation and Delivery

Vinny has been in the office furniture industry for 20+ years and has worked with multiple systems andcase goods. In addition to installation Vinny has an extensive background in wood touch up and refinishing and has a unique skill set when it comes to refinishing wood case goods which has been a great asset to our clients.

Jeremy Lovell – Service, Installation and Delivery

Jeremy is new to the industry but is learning quickly! Jeremy has security clearances to all the bases around town and is currently in our extensive training program. We are glad to have Jeremy as one of our new team members.

Michael “Moe” Moore – Foreman 

Moe has over 20 years of experience and has installed every major line of office furniture systems and case goods. Moe also has the experience to manage our warehouse if needed and manages a lot of our major projects. With Mike’s years of experience, he has built great relationships with many folks within our industry and they trust he will do a great job for them. 

Neil Barnak – Installer 

Neil is new to the office furniture industry however is a very quick learner! We are excited to have Neil as part of our installation team.

Thomas “Wayne” Snipes – Warehouse and Installation

Wayne plays a unique roll within our Cornerstone team as most of the time he is maintaining our warehouse however with his level of experience, Wayne is also able to go out and assist our installation staff when needed. 

Chris Bessette – Installation and Delivery

Chris has an extensive background in the office furniture industry with over 20 years of experience and has worked with every major line of office furniture. Chris is a valuable part of our team and brings a level of energy that’s second to none!

Keenan Evans – Installation and Delivery  

Keenan has been working with John for over 15 years both with a local dealer as well as in the service sector. With Keenan’s years of experience, he has dealt with all types of systems furniture and case goods and understands the importance process and training have on efficiencies.  

Craig Pryor – Installation and Delivery 

Craig has been in the office furniture industry for over 20 years and has worked in both Hampton Roads and the Richmond VA markets. Craig’s answer to every question is “sure”, he never shy’s away from a task and invites new challenges with open arms.
