What you can expect from your Cornerstone Project Manager
Schedule – Cost – Performance – Three of the key elements we manage towards at Cornerstone. We understand the importance of these key elements which is why every project at Cornerstone is assigned a Project Manager. When you hire us you can expect your Project Manager to provide the following during each phase of the project:
Pre-Project Deliverables:
• A well-thought out project plan that ensures we have and understand all the correct information about the project
• Pre-planning for any unusual building requirements, this will include a pre-installation walk through of the space and SOW review
• Attend all Pre-Project meetings to gain the necessary understanding for a successful project outcome
• Provide Meeting Minutes to capture action steps and deliverables
• Create a Project Schedule using MS Project that outlines all project tasks and critical milestones
• Our PM will work with your project team to help coordinate all deliveries
• Our PM will work with the building management company to ensure a smooth delivery and installation
Project Execution:
• Oversee all aspects of the installation
• Ensure installation crews are protecting the customers space with building protection
• Quality Assurance – Our PM will ensure all products are installed per plan
• Daily reports – Our PM will document progress daily and submit a report to the project team
• Issue Resolution – Our PM will work with the installation team on identified issues and come up with corrective resolution in a timely manner
• A pre- inspection of the workstations, offices, conf. rooms etc. to ensure no defects or issues
• Final walk through inspection with you and your client to ensure complete satisfaction
Project Close Out:
• Our PM will create an Open Issue Document outlining any issues that need resolution and work with the project team to resolve in a timely manner
• Assist with any product training to ensure the end user understands how the products work
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and turned in promptly
• Your PM will ensure you have a happy customer at the conclusion of the project!
