Cornerstone Workplace Services wide array of support services includes receiving freight including furniture, lighting and upholstery items direct from the manufacturer to our warehouse facilities. We provide inspection, full inventory reporting, secure and climate controlled storage, and custom tailored delivery options that include placements and showroom installations. Our warehouse receiving docks can accommodate any size truck, trailer, or container.
When your order arrives at our warehouse, our professional warehouse staff will unload the product, reconcile what comes off the truck against the bill of materials on the delivery ticket, create the receiving record, and email the record to you. They will inspect for damage immediately. Inventory is then moved into the appropriate storage area where it is stored on racks, vaulted, placed in a private room and tagged in our climate controlled facility. After the warehouse crew stows the inventory, the location is updated in the inventory system. All clients are notified when goods are received, and copies of our receiving reports and all shipping documentation are provided.
